What a great way to go out. I’ll miss watching Goenheyde, Vause, Hoban and whomever isn’t back next fall… but at least they got to go out in style tonight. It’s over way too soon for this proud, gutsy group. I was proud to call their games.

I’ve got lots to say on the season. Still to come the Vause retrospective interview, my wrap up on the final weekend of the season, thoughts on the season in general, thoughts on the future and a word on every player to wear the Broncos colours this season.

For now? Thanks to everyone (I’ll have some specific thank yous tomorrow) for another fun year in Swift Current. I love my job. September can’t get here fast enough.
