Glenn Gawdin (14) setting up a BC goal
2012 Swift Current Broncos first round bantam draft pick Glenn Gawdin put on an impressive performance at the recent Western Canada U16 Challenge Cup. He put up 7 points in 4 games as Team BC won the gold medal. I caught up with Glenn to talk about his experience at the tournament and his Major Midget season so far.

Gawdin makes it sound like he’s struggling offensively so far this season in Midget, but he has 8 points in 10 games. He also has 4 points in his last 2 games. The points will come and it sounds like he’s getting more comfortable at that level.
His performance at U16s is just one of many reasons Bronco fans have to be excited about Gawdin. I wonder if we’ll see him in action when the Broncos head to BC in early December?
