I listened to your radio broadcast at the end and watched the game. The only difference was not that there big guns buried chances that helped but they won puck battles had a forecheck and controlled about 50 minutes of 60. We played well for the first 10 but didn’t have a shot. And played well for the first 5 of the 3rd. Our defense refuses to hit. I get it Martin and honka are offensive but what about the others. Lernout sometimes hits. Heatherington doesn’t use his size. We looked disinterested and sluggish. Haha I just heard you say it was a close game besides holmberg. You have a gameplan to shut guys like that down. Let’s not kid ourselves they outplayed us all game.

I totally agree with you Les. Sitting 2 games over 500 right now, but this team is going to have to dig deep to get a win out of that tough US division. Go Broncos!

I just don’t get how you have a grind and hit team one year and the next year nobody knows what a body check looks like. We don’t establish a good forecheck. I know we’re more skilled this year but you still have to go out and create turnovers. Hard to do that when you skate by everyone without even a notion of checking them
