Just a quick thought… the Swift Current Broncos have the best home record in the WHL and drew 1,786 fans last night. Seriously? That’s disappointing to say the least.

Eetu Laurikainen made 47 saves leading the Swift Current Broncos to overtime, but the Wheat Kings still beat them 3-2 in a shootout on Tuesday night.
“Eetu played very well,” said Broncos Assistant Coach Jamie Heward. “I think that’s why you take a chance and carry a 20-year-old goaltender. When he’s that good he’s that good. It’s unfortunate we gave up that many shots, but he played very well and I think he stole us a point.”
Laurikainen didn’t mind all the action.
“There was shots all the time so I was kind of warm all the time and was able to make saves,” he noted.
